Opaline Bulb

1960s/70s White Opaline Bulb Shape.

Great pop art style table lamp from the mid 60s to early 1970s probably of German manufacture.

Looking at the wiring and plug that were on the lamp before restoration, this has definitely spent some time in the USA.

Large handmade lamp consisting of a large white opaline in the shape of a light bulb. 

This opaline is held on an aluminum support that has been attached to another section painted red for greater stability.

The lamp is in good vintage condition with some age related scratches on the base.

We undertook a very sympathetic restoration to this lamp, giving it a deep clean and polish without respraying or chroming the parts. As a vintage item, the lamp is sold with wear commensurate with age and use.  

We have completely re-wired the lamp and Pat Tested it to current UK

standards.
